What we collect

Only what you give us voluntarily through the forms on this site: full name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and, where relevant, company, number of guests, preferred date, type of event, indicative budget and any notes you choose to add (for example, food allergies or intolerances).

What we use it for

• Managing your pre-booking or reservation and contacting you to confirm it.
• Preparing a proposal if you request information about a private event.
• Telling you the opening date of the Costa del Este location if you join the opening list.
• Answering enquiries and adapting the service to your dietary needs.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on the consent you give by ticking the corresponding box before submitting any form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, in the case of the opening list, until the Costa del Este location has opened or until you ask to be removed.

Health data

If you tell us about food allergies or intolerances, that information is used solely to keep you safe during service and is shared only with the kitchen and floor staff involved.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification of, erasure of or restriction of the processing of your data, and object to it, by writing to info@santaritapanama.com. We will deal with your request as quickly as we can.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not share your browsing with ad networks. If we add measurement tools in future, this page will say so beforehand and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

Third-party services

The site embeds a Google Maps frame on the contact page, which may record your IP address under Google's own policies. Fonts are self-hosted, so no request is made to external font providers. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by that platform's terms.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
